Making Theatre Now Copy.jpg

Making Theatre Now will explore innovative theatre practices in order to give students the resources to write, direct, and perform their own original work. Students will utilize their unique passions and questions to respond artistically to events happening in the world around them. This is a class about getting inspired and learning to make the kind of theatre that is exciting to YOU, as a young artist. Students will develop and present short projects each week and will provide constructive feedback to their classmates in a workshop setting. This class will emphasize finding ways to revitalize virtual theatre! Making Theatre Now will culminate in a live-streamed performance of original work, envisioned and created completely by the students.

Stay tuned for the next offering of this workshop!
