It all started through a looking glass

When I finally figured out my place in this world - inside of a theatre. From my early performance days leading up to teaching my first class in high school, I knew the importance of creating family through live performance. Though it took me a many years, I knew part of my journey would be inspiring the next generation of theatre makers. Currently, I chair a performing arts program at an independent K-8 school in West Los Angeles. My students create, perform, respond, and connect to the work and build upon their knowledge and transfer this to their lives and others beyond our school. They rehearse and create powerful art pieces and performances, all while being in a supportive and loving environment. All students are seen, heard, nutrued, and cherished. My students are the next movers and shakers in the arts!
